THE FACILITY

Manufacturing is done in a modern, custom designed facility to allow the safe handling of flammable organic liquids and temperature sensitive materials. The temperature and humidity of the mixing rooms are controlled with a mechanical A/C system, which ensures the ability to maintain the quality of temperature sensitive materials.

Explosion-proof electrical motors, lights and interconnections, air driven diaphragm pumps and grounding straps eliminate ignition sources. The mixing rooms, drum storage and solvent staging area have triple containment for environmental groundwater protection. Processes are designed for near-zero release of VOC’s to minimize air pollution. In addition to several air-conditioned warehouse areas, there is also a refrigerated storage room.

Trained staff are attentive to process details that produce consistently high product quality.

Specialized equipment allows the dissolution or dispersion of organic and /or inorganic solids and liquids into organic solvents and water. The infrastructure supports batch sizes from 5 gal to 500 gal. Jacketed mixing vessels can be heated and cooled as required. A variety of mixers employing a range of mixing methods can accommodate an extreme range of viscosities. The formulated liquid products can be filtered and dispensed into drums or smaller containers as specified by the customer. An automated filling line can be employed to fill water based products in smaller containers from 0.5 oz to 1 gal volumes.
